  1. Hi, I wanted to buy from your website but I can’t seem to find the store here. Can you please tell me how I’d be able to purchase items?
  2. Hello, thank you so much for sharing with us your question. If you want to buy from our website, you can just go visit the item or post you saw. If it was for sale, there would be a button that says ‘purchase’ and the price would be posted too. If there wasn’t any icon for buying, we’re afraid that it isn’t for sale. However, if you really loved the design or the item you saw yet you can’t see the purchase icon, you may just send a message to the artist who posted it. Maybe you can arrange some sort of a trade here.

 

  1. Can I cancel my purchase if ever I need to?
  2. Hi! Yes, you may cancel your purchase but only if it hasn’t been delivered yet. Sometimes, it may depend on the artist if they’d accept cancellations or not so it’s better to contact them too if you need to cancel your order. You should read thoroughly the terms and conditions so that you know what you are facing upon cancellation.

 

  1. Do I need to create an account so that I could post and share my works too?
  2. Hello, thank you for sending us a question. Yes, you are required to create an account if you want to share your works or sell them too. We will need your information and to verify your account as the owner of the artworks before you can proceed in selling your items. So please do create an account, thank you.

 

  1. Do I have to make my account as well if I’m only a buyer?
  2. Hi! No, the buyers don’t need to create an account. However, we will still need your information and a few things about you. We will need to verify the buyer’s personal information as well so we will need your email address and contact number.
